Criminal and Civil Complaint

　　Request matters: 1. The plaintiff demands the defendant to compensate Chinese people for civil losses. 2. The plaintiff demands the defendant to compensate RMB 10,000 for shooting to death the plaintiff’s innocent mother. 3. The plaintiff demands the defendant to compensate RMB 10,000 for causing the death of the plaintiff’s innocent father. 4. The plaintiff demands the defendant to compensate RMB 10,000 for causing the property loss of the plaintiff’s own brother Wang Xieqing.

　　Facts and grounds: On lunar April 11, 1943 during Japan’s war of aggression against China, the plaintiff’s father (Wang Hongguang) was captured by the invading Japanese army and his whereabouts were unknown since then. He must be victimized to death by the Japanese army. He was 39 years old then. Then, on lunar September 20, 1944, the plaintiff’s mother (Fu Azhu), then 37 year old, was captured by the Japanese army and shot to death under the bridge in Gaoqiao, Jinhua. Again, on lunar September 6, 1945, the plaintiff’s younger brother (Wang Xieqing) was poisoned by the Japanese army’s bacteriological weapon and died. Three of my family members were all killed by the Japanese army. Thanks to the Chinese people’s good son (Tong Zeng), this heavy issue deeply buried in the people’s mind for nearly half a century is brought up again and evoked positive resonance and response from hundreds of millions Chinese people. The atrocities committed by the invaders have caused a catastrophe to the humans and cannot be compensated with anything. The Japanese army tore Chinese families apart by violating the laws of war and humanitarian principles, so the invading country must compensate the Chinese people for life and property losses. To mitigate losses, the defeated country launching the war of aggression must compensate all winning countries. It’s necessary, reasonable and urgent that China demand damage compensation against Japan. Therefore, the plaintiff demand the defendant to pay a damage compensation of RMB 30,000 in accordance with international laws and documents such as the Yalta Agreement and Cairo Declaration and Potsdam Proclamation. The plaintiff sincerely requests the National People’s Congress and representatives to help the people’s good son Tong Zeng with the great cause of civil claims and damage compensation under the philosophy of speaking for the people.
