Other details:During 1940-1942, the Japanese invaded my hometown Lingchuan County and destroyed all our crops. My adoptive father Hou Zhengqing was killed by cutting open his chest and belly. One day in August 1941, the Japanese whipped my sister-in-law’s vulva and then gang raped her. In the same year our cattle was killed for food and our furniture set in fire.
The Second Claim toward Japan from Civilian Victim of Japanese Army’s Invasion War

I am Zhao Guagnyi, a native of Nanling Village, Lingchan County, Shanxi Province, China. Since July 7, 1937, I suffered from the Japanese Arm’s invasion war, my family was ruined and only I survived.
On August 15, 1945, the criminal Japanese Invasion War ended, Japan surrendered as a defeated nation. According to a series of international laws including ‘Yalta Agreement’, ‘Cairo Declaration’, and ‘Potsdam Proclamation’, I am entitled to demand the Japanese government to pay civilian damage compensation money totaling USD 1 million.
The following are the persecution facts:
1. From 1940 to 1942, the Japanese Army frequently conducted repeated mopping-up campaigns to my hometown Lingchuan County from Jincheng County, Shanxi Province, for 3 consecutive years damaged all our crops, each year there was not a single grain of harvest, my mother and elder brother starved to death, even I myself, a 10 year old child, also suffered from malnutrition, which brought permanently irreversible damage to my body and intellectual development.
2. Meanwhile the Japanese Army soldiers pierced chest and cut open the belly with bayonet to kill my only adoptive father Hou Zhengqing, on whom I depended for survival.
3. During daytime on one day in August 1941, a group of Japanese Army soldiers first whipped the external genitalia of my sister-in-law with leather belt, then gang raped her, resulting in incurable obstetrical disease and severe mental trauma. Since then her young life was terminated.
4. In the same year, the Japanese Army also slaughtered and ate the only farm cattle in my home. In order to collect firewood, the Japanese Army burned all wooden doors and windows and all furniture items in my home.
Please immediately answer the compensation issue.
