The then Invasion Army committed arson with no reason, and persecuted common people.
According to a series of international laws and conventions including “Yalta Agreement”, “Cairo Declaration”, “Potsdam Proclamation”, the defeated country which waged invasion should make necessary ” compensation for damage to civilians ” of the victory country.
Japan should respect human rights, and has the responsibility to uphold the dignity of international law, and ensure the implementation of international law! “Damage compensation is because we can never forget compatriots’ suffering”, “Damage compensation is our rights”!

All victims of Sanlian Village, Bailongqiao Town, Jinhua County, Zhejiang Province, and family members considered the Japanese Invasion Army violated war rules and humanitarian principles. Between 1931 and 1945, the Japanese invaders waged an invasion war against China, which brought unprecedented disaster never seen in 1000 years to Chinese people. Several million Chinese people generously devoted themselves to the cause of Anti-Japanese War. More than 20 million compatriots suffered injury. Assets worth over USD 100 billion were destroyed. Consequently from the perspective of international law, the Chinese people are entitled to demand compensation from Japan! If Japan indeed wants to maintain friendly relationship with the Chinese people for a long term, we ask Japan to take real action. What we Chinese people want are facts!
