Dear Mr. Tong,
First, I would like to wish you and your colleagues a happy New Year! Wish you and your family happiness and the best of everything. Hope our cause can be moved to a higher stage in the New Year.
The form I sent you before was drafted by me. After some further thought, I realized that I had not included a column for petitioners’ current addresses. So, I drafted a new form and visited each family. I have just completed the new form and I am sending it to you right away. Sorry for troubling you again! But I believe this can make future contacts with each family easier. You may dispose of the previous form by sending it back to me.
Because I only have a middle school level education, please excuse my inadequate words, if any, and my poor writing. I hope we can be in touch and keep each other informed so that we can carry out our work well. What do you think?
Sincerely,
Zhu Fangqing
