Persecution Process
Victim Wang Yaoxuan, aka Wang Zhongshan, before persecution he was shareholder and manager of Juxing Factory, Dabeiguan, Fengtian, shareholder and manager of Yijuxing Factory, Tongfuli Liangjiazui, Tianjin; shareholder of Hongtaihao, Xinglong Street, Qianmenwai, Beijing; shareholder of Xingya Photo Studio, 153 Gaoshating, Heishi Reef, Dalian; shareholder of Fuxing Stationery Shop, 146 Jinjiangting, Dalian. (i.e. exclusive owner of photo studio and stationery shop).
In October 1943, the Japanese Kwantung Army Dalian Military Police Headquarters dispatched massive military policemen, at Heishi Reef Xingya Photo Studio and Fuxing Stationery Shop and arrested Shen Delong (Li Qingchun) and Li Zhongshan. Afterwards, Dalian Military Police Brigade Headquarters again dispatched Military Police to Tianjin, at Yiyuan Road, Jingangqiao (the previous factory ‘opened by Wang Yuexuan, brother of Wang Yaoxuan’); they arrested Wang Yaoxuan, the owner of Dalian Heishi Reef Xingya Photo Studio, and his nephew Wang Dongsheng and sent them to Dalian Military Police Brigade Headquarters. The Japanese interrogated the arrested Chinese; they sent four persons (Shen Delong, Li Zhongshan, Wang Yaoxuan, Wang Dongsheng) to Ishii Troop at the end of November in the same year for the inhuman bacteria experiment on the human being. These four people and many others died miserably due to the cruel and inhuman treatment. For the atrocities committed by the Japanese imperialism invasion, the victim’s relatives have the rights to disclose and denounce them to all the peace-loving people across the world; they are entitled to demand justice from Japan as a defeated nation, and receive economic compensation from Japan.

……On October 6, dispatched three subordinate officers under general and colonel rank to Tianjin, obtained assistance from Tianjin Team, respectively arrested Wang Yaoxuan of Yuyuan Factory at 6 Yiyuan Road, Hebei District, Tianjin at 6 o’clock October 10; and arrested Wang Dongsheng in his residence at 5 o’clock on October 10.
Excerpt 2 (Excerpted from Chinese invasion file)
In October 1943, I was Logistics President of Station Affairs Section, together with President Hirata jointly drafted the plan to arrest Anti-Japanese underground work staff Shen Delong and others. At the time of the arrest, I was the team leader of the arrest team, instructed subordinates to arrest Shen Delong and wife and eight neighbors. On the second day, again instructed subordinates to arrest Wu Baozhen and wife in Jinjiangting, Dalian. When studying handling methods, I put forward the opinion to send to Ishii Troop. And compiled written report in the name of tream leader of military police, submitted it to Kwantung Military Police Commander-in-chief Lieutenant General Miura for approval, and sent Shen Delong, Li Zhongshan, Wang Yaoxuan and another CPC member (i.e. Wang Dongsheng) to Ishii Bacteriological Warfare Troop at the end of November in the same year.

I worked at Dalian Military Police Brigade and Squad for four years, the main crimes I committed are as follows:
In October 1943, chief of Dalian Military Police Brigade Shigeo Shirahama directed Headquarters dispatched Special Task Force Chief Major Fujida and 30 subordinates, Squad leader Seiichi Hiranaka and subordinates totaling 20 persons, Major Komatsu and 10 subordinates of Nanchuria 86 Troop Radio Squad, totaling sixty persons, arrested Anti-Japanese underground work staff Shen Delong at Heishi Reef in Dalian……continued to arrest Communist Party of China member Li Zhongshan in Shenyang, arrested Anti-Japanese underground work staff Wang Yaoxuan, Communist Party of China member Wang Dongsheng and Factory Head of Yuyuan Factory surnamed Du in Tianjin, arrested relatives of Shen Delong’s wife and commoners totaling eight persons at Xiamatang, Benxi, the handling result was to sent Shen Delong, Wang Yaoxuan, Wang Dongsheng, Li Zhongshan to the Ishii Troop for persecution.

Furthermore, the traitors of the Chinese people, lackeys of the Japanese imperialism, accomplice Liu Biyu, Ji Lianfang, Zhou Maorong, Cong Fuzhen, You Zhongshu, Sui Xizheng etc, also received punishment. They were respectively sentenced by the people’s judicial organs in Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun, and received deserved punishment, all of them can be verified by actual cases, and will not be excerpted one by one here. The existing testifiers and testimonials are sufficient to draw conclusion on the case, which fully complies with legal procedures.
